Hi Dan,

Ricky and I wanted to let you know that we absolutely loved having Soul'd Out play at our wedding! Everyone raved about the music and wished we had booked a third set (we did too). We also appreciated all of your help coordinating the cocktail hour and dinner time music. The whole day flew by for us, so it was really nice to know that the music was taken care of. It was so generous of you to invite my dad to play drums, he had a great time. Y'all really made our wedding reception fun and special - we'll definitely be telling everyone about Soul'd Out!!

Soul'd Out is the ultimate wedding band!! The musicianship is stellar, their sound system rocks, and their professionalism is on-point. Oh and they WILL make you dance! All of our guests raved about the music and wished we had booked a third set (we did too). The band also went above and beyond by playing our own curated playlist during cocktail hour and dinner. They even invited my dad to play drums on a song, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. We had a large wedding at our home, which can put a lot of pressure on the wedding party, but we didn't have to worry about music at all because Soul'd Out had it covered. If you're looking for a wedding band, don't look any further than Soul'd Out!

This Band is the best.... We have had our last (4) four fundraising events with Soul’d Out playing as our band and the events keep getting bigger and bigger. Soul’d Out brings the people back because they love the music and the dancing....We are excited about having Soul’d Out playing at our next fundraising event planned for May 16, 2020 at Infinity Hall in Roseville, Michigan...

We recently had a wedding for my daughter and now son-in-law at Addison Oaks in November and this band did the music for us. They were absolutely fantastic! Everyone at the wedding was on the dance floor the whole night! They played all kinds of music and even got in with the crowd while playing. I have heard over and over again that this was the best wedding they had been to and couldn’t stop talking about how great the band was!  Thank you Soul’d Out!!

I recently hired Soul’d Out to play my daughter’s wedding.  As we are a family of musicians, I can say our list of requirements was pretty substantial.   I knew right away who I needed to call and was thrilled when Dan Mata told me they were available!  From the start, dealing with Dan was a pleasure.  He was very accommodative and supportive of all ideas and requests we threw at him.  Our guests are still raving about the good time they had with the band, and even the venue told us they see a lot of bands, but none compare to what they saw and heard from Soul’d Out.   I can’t begin to say enough about the Soul’d Out Band… they are a first-class group of musicians and people, and it’s my pleasure to give them the highest recommendation for anyone’s musical entertainment needs!! The band is very entertaining! They are easy going when it comes to setting up and taking down! The band members are very personable! They interact while playing and they come on the dance floor! Very very fun band! They sing new songs and oldies! You can tell them specifically what you want! Super super fun band! And they can SING! They get people dancing that’s for sure!

We had these guys play at our wedding and they were amazing. Great setlist and energy. Our friends still talk about how much fun our wedding was, and it's all thanks to this band. They know how to play to a crowd!

We used this band for our daughter's wedding and they were phenomenal! They played all the right music and were the talk of the reception during and after! People who attended still compliment the music that they played. They were very reasonable so cost is not a factor. I would recommend this band unequivocally without reservation.
